Under the supervision and presence of Professor Dr. Saad Altaan, Dean of the College of Engineering at Alnoor University, the Department of Petroleum Engineering organized, on the morning of Saturday, February 14, 2026, a specialized scientific workshop entitled “Research Paper Writing Methods and Skills.
The workshop was conducted by Dr. Taha Hussein Alsalem, Head of the Department of Petroleum Engineering, and the lecture was delivered by Dr. Mahmoud Abdul Karim Abdul Qadir, covering scientific research skills, electronic skills that support research preparation, as well as mechanisms for developing research capabilities, along with a practical application to reinforce the presented concepts and enhance the participants’ practical experience.
