A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the College of Engineering at Alnoor University and the College of Electronics Engineering at University of Nineveh on Wednesday, 11-2-2026, as part of enhancing scientific cooperation and exchanging academic expertise between the two institutions.
The memorandum was signed on behalf of Alnoor University by Professor Dr. Saad Altaan, Dean of the College of Engineering, and on behalf of University of Nineveh by Professor Dr. Khalid Khalil Muhammad, Dean of the College of Electronics Engineering, emphasizing the expansion of partnership in the fields of engineering education and scientific research, contributing to the development of the academic journey and serving the community.
