Under the direct supervision of Professor Dr. Yassin Taha Alqam, third- and fourth-year students of the Department of Construction Engineering and Project Management at the College of Engineering, Alnoor University, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Saad Ali Alta’an, and the Head of the Department, Dr. Khalaf Ibrahim, with the participation of Dr. Younis Mohammed Hassan, Dr. Bashar Mohammed Amin, Lecturer Salem Amhidi, and Assistant Lecturer Saad Saleh, made a field visit to the Investment Hospital and the Investment Hotel in the Dandan area of Mosul city, which are major projects under construction, on Wednesday, 15/10/2025.
During the visit, the students reviewed the executive and detailed plans for the two projects, then toured the work sites to follow up on the stages of implementation and ongoing activities. At the conclusion of the visit, the future works and development plans for the two projects were discussed, which enhances the students’ practical experience and links the academic aspect with field application. Under the supervision of Hajar, President of Alnoor University, and the oversight of the Central Examination Committee, the final exams were held on Saturday, 25/5/2024, for the university’s students. Students from multiple stages in the Colleges of Health and Medical Technologies, Education, Engineering, Dentistry, and Pharmacy took the end-of-year, second-semester final, and mid-second-semester exams, each according to the study system in place. The exams covered twelve of the courses prescribed in the departments and college.
