Assistant Lecturer Saad Saleh Dhiyab, a faculty member at Alnoor University, published his scientific research titled "The Effects of Climate Change on Evaporation in Mosul Dam Lake, Iraq" in the AIP Conference Proceedings, a journal indexed in Scopus. The research was supervised by expert professors from the University of Naples Federico II in Italy, professors from the University of Tanabash in Turkey, and a professor from the University of Kirkuk in Iraq.

The research addresses a topic currently being discussed in the scientific community—the Reflections of climate change on northern Iraq. Using Mosul Dam Lake as a case study, the research presents findings and conclusions that merit further attention, along with other important recommendations in the field of climate studies.
