Alnoor University is dedicated to fostering connections with Iraqi and Arab higher education institutions through various channels, with collaboration agreements being a priority. In this context, Alnoor University recently hosted a high-level academic delegation from the University of Technology. During the visit, a bilateral twinning and cooperation agreement was signed between the College of Electromechanical Engineering at the University of Technology and the College of Engineering at Alnoor University. The agreement was signed by Assistant Professor Dr. Ghassan Abdul-Hussein Bilal, Dean of the College of Electromechanical Engineering at the University of Technology, and Professor Dr. Saad Ali Hassan Al-Taan, Dean of the College of Engineering at Alnoor University. The signing ceremony was attended by Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Hamid Raja, Head of the Department of Drone Systems, and Assistant Professor Dr. Amir Abdul Jaddoua, Head of the Department of Energy and Renewable Energy. This agreement represents a significant step toward enhancing cooperation and academic collaboration between the two institutions, particularly in engineering and related fields.
