The Head of the Petroleum Engineering Department at Alnoor University Participates in the Doctoral Defense Committee

Dr. Taha Hussein Ali Al-Salem, Head of the Petroleum Engineering Department at the College of Engineering, Alnoor University, participated in the doctoral defense of the student Louay Mousa Rawi in the Department of Applied Geology, College of Science, University of Tikrit. The thesis was titled "Preliminary Geological and Engineering Evaluation of the Proposed Dam Site in Wadi Al-Jafr, North of Salah al-Din Governorate, Iraq."
The defense took place on Wednesday morning, August 14, 2024, with Professor Dr. Raad Hobi Arzouqi from the University of Tikrit presiding over the committee.
The committee included Professor Dr. Mahmoud Fadel Abd, Assistant Professor Dr. Yassin Saleh Karim, Assistant Professor Dr. Akram Hassan Abd, Professor Dr. Mohammad Rashid Aboud, and Assistant Professor Dr. Ammar Hamad Mohammad, all from the University of Tikrit. The student was awarded a PhD with distinction.
